Interest Groups – Where I3A Members Focus on What's Important

Images have a major positive impact on business performance and our quality of life.  Images help design better products and ensure manufacturing quality.  Images inform decision-making, guide medical treatment and much more.  Today, with the explosive growth of social media and the proliferation of digital displays in everything from mobile phones to media players to automobiles, images play an ever-greater role in our business and personal lives.

As a result, we're all in the imaging business now.  Each advancement in imaging technology has the potential to deliver a better user experience and increase ROI.  That's why, no matter what your industry or market, it's never been more important to ensure the quality, portability and longevity of your images.  To one degree or another, your success depends on how well you can make images work for you and your business – across media and across the globe.

Participation in I3A can help your business toward this success.  I3A members connect, create, and collaborate with other leaders in solving today's imaging challenges and charting a future of opportunity.  I3A enables these activities through our Interest Group Structure: each member has the opportunity to focus efforts and resources on meeting challenges in the areas that mean the most to you, based on the role imaging plays in your particular business.

I3A currently offers six Interest Groups (IGs), providing a wide choice of forums where like-minded members can collaborate on projects, develop standards, and generate solutions that address significant imaging issues affecting their businesses.  Further details about I3A's Interest Groups can be found in the full overview.
